Virginia Beach, VA — June 22, 2015. Studio Center, headquartered in Virginia Beach, Va., announced today that 4 actors on the company’s On-Camera roster have been cast in the upcoming PBS drama MERCY STREET.
Actors Gary Morton (Norfolk), Ryan Clemens (Virginia Beach), Paul Huber (Virginia Beach), and Joshua Moore (LA) will be appearing in the six-part Civil War based drama series which will air Sunday nights on PBS in winter 2016. The Studio Center actors were cast through Casting Director Tracy Kilpatrick with The Casting Office.
The first American drama to air on PBS in more than a decade, MERCY STREET is executive produced by Ridley Scott (Gladiator and Thelma & Louise), David W. Zucker (“The Good Wife”) of Scott Free, and Lisa Q. Wolfinger (“Desperate Crossing, The Untold Story of the Mayflower”). The series will be filmed on location in Virginia.
