THE CHallenge

Couture Med Spa (CMS) has a membership driven business model. Opening in Williamsburg, VA, where the franchise had no brand recognition, they asked for our help with their launch. We needed to create awareness, generate leads & grow memberships. They gave us goals of 10-20 leads per day, and to ultimately obtain 500 members in 3 years.

THE SOLUTION 

We worked with their team  to develop strategic promotions (discounted or free, first time services) to attract new customers. We created relatable messaging using organic and paid social media and Google ads.

THE RESULTS

The campaigns created a buzz, calls and in-person visits. Their launch outperformed all other CMS locations across the country.
