With AI being such a hot topic right now, my tip is how to beat the machines. AI is getting better and it’s sounding very polished and like a real person, but actually, what it can’t do is be a real person. It's artificial. So, use your voice in a really human way. That can be embracing your unique vocal qualities. That can be picturing who you’re talking to and making that a really personal connection. Picture where you are, who you’re talking to, what’s the environment, are you on stage giving a TED Talk, or are you sitting on the sofa next to somebody having a real conversation. That way we can separate ourselves as humans away from the AI and that is what will really connect with our customers.
